As You Wish Caterers was started in 1995 by David and Allison Lattanze, two people who take pleasure in creating excellent food, presenting it beautifully, and serving it impeccably. The Lattanzes have built their business by offering the highest quality catering services at fair prices.

We think you will find it a pleasure to deal with us. Whether you're new to hiring a caterer or well seasoned you'll appreciate our professionalism and creative flair.

As You Wish Caterers will work with you as a consultant to create the perfect menu for each event. We won't force you to choose from a one-size-fits-all menu. We think variety is important so we unceasingly search for new creations to add to our menu offerings. We like to keep our ideas as fresh as our ingredients!

We also know that everybody has their favorite foods and we are happy to include yours.

As You Wish Caterers was fully incorporated under sub chapter "S" of the Internal Revenue Code in 1995. The corporation is fully insured with commercial general liability coverage to one million dollars. We are also fully insured with workers compensation and employers liability insurance in the state of Pennsylvania. We can show proof of this insurance coverage.
